Important: The printed item clock starts after art approval. I draw your pet by hand first, you approve the sketch, then we print and ship. Approving fast keeps you on track.
How my art timelines work

When does the printed item clock start?
After art approval. I’ll send a sketch; once you approve, production begins.
Can you rush it?
Sometimes, yes—rush capacity on art is limited, and fees may apply. But printed items can not be rushed. Let me know your dates when purchasing if you need a rush.
What if I miss a deadline?
Grab a digital gift card or an IOU card featuring the sketch—still super personal.
Do I pay the art fee again later?
Nope. Once your pet’s art exists, it stays on file in your POP Pet Library so you can reorder new products anytime without a repeat art fee. (plus you can gift the artwork to your loved one so they can order again and again)
