Workout Break Down:
Workout will run circuit style, 1 minute at each station, work as little or as much as you want. We rotate through 3 times total with 1 min rest between each rotation!

Want a challenge? Track your reps to compete solo or with your teammates—or don't track simply just come to have fun! 

20 total spots per heat, 5 people per platform, we suggest teams of up to 5*... or book a whole platform!

Working out with friends? We strongly suggest signing up your whole team at once. If you're registering separately, make sure everyone selects the same heat and uses your team name so we can group you together. Once a heat reaches capacity, we can't move people between sessions.

Optional Add- Activities Card: While some pet activities are included, a few are ticketed to help us raise even more! An activities ticket gets you 1 drink (mimosa or coffee), 1 Petcuterie Board (you can take it home if you pet isn't with you!), and 1 Paw-casso canvas! $10 ahead, $20 day of and 100% of profits go to APA!
