Holiday Order‑By Guide (Arrive in time for Christmas)
Stores don’t print your one‑of‑a‑kind pet… but I do. If you’re gifting custom this year, here are the last days to order your artwork so your goodies land by Thursday, Dec 20th if not before to be sure your loved ones get their most cherished treasure this holiday.
Important: The clock starts after art approval. I draw your pet by hand first, you approve the sketch, then we print and ship. Approving fast keeps you on track.
How my art timelines work
Choose the path that matches your idea:
- Classic & Simple BYO — uses icons I’ve already drawn (+quick tweaks): 1–2 weeks for artwork
- Moderate Custom BYO — 1–3 brand‑new illustrated elements : ~2-3 weeks for artwork
- Fully Custom — everything is drawn from scratch for your theme: ~2-4 weeks for artwork
Last Day to Order Your Artwork (by item category)
Pick your item category, then find your path (Fully Custom / Moderate / Classic). These are the final dates to start the art so we can approve → produce → ship on time by Dec 20.

Tip: If you’re mixing items, plan to the longest production window in your set.

When does the clock start?
