Returns and Refunds

At Pet Obsessed People, your happiness is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered. Simply follow our return policy outlined below:

  1. Eligibility and Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Keep those tags intact too! 

  2. Initiating a Return: Contact us at hooman@PetObsessedPeople.com to begin your return. We'll provide you with all the necessary information and instructions to make the process a breeze. Remember, items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the original and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund. Once we receive the item back at our location, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. If you prefer, we can also exchange the item for a different size or color.

  4. Damages, Issues, and Wrong Items: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We'll promptly assess the situation and make it right.

  5. Exceptions: While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, sale items, final items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

  6. Exchanges: Need a different size or color? No problem! The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item. Easy peasy! (please note that exceptions apply, While we strive to accommodate all exchanges, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, including shirt, crop, and tote items for charity partners, personal care items, sale items, final items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.)

  7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days if it meets the above criteria. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply.

  8. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us.
