By placing your order, you’re approving the style, process, and artistic interpretation shown in my work. Because all items are custom-made, orders can only be canceled before work begins. Once design or production starts, orders are non-refundable.

Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Because each order at POP is created just for you, timelines and cancellation options vary slightly depending on what you purchase.

Custom Designs (Fully Custom, Portrait + Pattern, etc.)

Custom work is started based on the details and photos you provide.

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund if work has not yet begun
• Once design work has started, orders are non-refundable

This includes:

• Sketching
• Drawing
• Concept development

You will always receive a preview proof before anything is printed, so you can request revisions and feel confident before moving forward.

Pre-Drawn Pet Patterns

Pre-drawn patterns still require customization to your pet.

• Orders may be canceled before customization begins
• Once your pet has been drawn into the design, the order is non-refundable

Physical Products & Keepsakes

All products are made to order using your approved design.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been sent to production
• If you need to make a change, please reach out as quickly as possible

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Incorrect

I will absolutely make it right — just reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Rush Orders

Rush fees are non-refundable, as they prioritize your order in the production schedule.
