Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing my small business for your purchase. I understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner, and I strive to provide you with the best shipping experience possible. Please take a moment to review my shipping policy outlined below.

  1. Processing Time for PRE MADE Items:
    • Stickers, socks, and cards: These items will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days after the purchase has been made.
    • Pet Fashion Accessories: These items will be processed and shipped within 2-6 days after the purchase has been made.
    • Shirts and totes on site: These items will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days after the purchase has been made.
    • Shirts and totes drop shipped from my manufacturer: These items will be processed and shipped within 5-8 days after the purchase has been made.
  2. Processing Time for Custom Items: All custom items vary and shipping times do not start till artwork is approved. Artwork can take 1 to 6 weeks depending on complexity and edits and no products can be ordered till final artwork is approved. 

Please note that as a small shop with me being the sole person working, I strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Your support for small businesses is appreciated, as it allows for a more personalized experience. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding if there are slight delays in processing your order. Thank you for choosing to shop small and for the opportunity to serve you with care.

  1. Shipping Methods: I offer standard shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable. Not small packaged items like a few stickers or cards do not come with tracking via USPS.

  2. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and approve them before completing your purchase.

  3. Order Tracking: For eligible orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date. Please note that not all shipping methods may include tracking.

  4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. I will not be responsible for any delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  5. Lost or Damaged Shipments: While I take utmost care in packaging and shipping your items, I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments that occur during transit. In the event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  6. International Shipping: At this time, I only offer shipping within a few shipping regions due to customs or shipping availability for a smaller, newer shop. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

  7. Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond my control. I recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding any potential fees or restrictions.
